Abstract
This project is aimed to develop 108 - Public Health Emergency Services System. The system will revolutionize the delivery of emergency medical services, like ambulance, first aid etc,
The call center of Emergency Management and Research Institute took up the case and identified the exact location where the patient had collapsed.
When attending a call, the user check for the similar calls and search for the ambulance which is located to that area and ambulance is staffed by:
- One driver
- One helper
- One experienced paramedic
- One trained medical officer, if required
In briefly the ambulance possesses all equipment standardized to enable a flawless transfer of patient during interruption of drug therapy or monitoring.
For efficient medical monitoring of the patient’s condition, the institute has qualified personnel with knowledge and skills sufficient to evaluate and stabilize patients with potentially lethal or disabling conditions. What makes our critical care network stand out and rise above the rest is that most of the medical officers and staff are trained in advanced life support services.
The network is responsible for the coordination and development of transfer services within definite areas. The network comprises medical officers, paramedical personnel, ambulance driver and one Manager, whose responsibility is to develop referral pathway, handle transfer protocols and undertake quality assurance programmers, so as to identify the nature, number and types of beds available within a set network.
Overview
Overall description consists of background of the entire specific requirement. It also gives explanation about actor and function which is used. It gives explanation about architecture diagram and it also gives what we are assumed and dependencies. It also support specific requirement and also it support functional requirement, supplementary requirement other than actor which is used. It also gives index and appendices. It also gives explanation about any doubt and queries.

Existing System
108 - Public Health Emergency Services principles, strategy, solutions, applications, systems and ideas for effective management but in the existing system there is no hospitals provided both following set of points in the existing Emergency Services.
Limitations in Existing System
Hospitals need to make a profit to survive and grow
Patients want good service, talented doctors at affordable Fees.
Proposed System
In the proposed system we have the following new implementations: In the proposed system there comes a new thing, which makes the Public Health Emergency Services more efficient and providing good service and quality. Patient Relationship with the doctors can have a major impact on a hospital.
Advantages over Existing System
- To provide unrestricted access to appropriate emergency medical care
- To forge a smooth variety among pre-hospital providers, emergency medical care providers, and providers of definitive follow-up care
- To provide appropriate and expedient evaluation, management, and treatment of patients
- The proposed system is automated that is faster than the existing manually maintained system and can handle data easily.
- Computerization of the details of the employees and holiday plans.
- The System allows the hr to control all the activities hence identifying the roles and accessibility of other users.
- Maintenance time and cost are greatly reduced.
- Accurate information can be generated easily and quickly at different levels.
- Report can be generated easily and quickly.
